    You will be spending all day in Immersion. Please wear business casual attire. Clothing with rips/tears, or clothing that is too tight/revealing is unacceptable.Beyond orientation, please refer to your employee handbook and/or your leader for proper dress attire.
  • Where should I park?
    Location: 11808 Miracle Hills Drive, Omaha NE 68154 • Parking – you can park in any of the stalls located around the building including the large parking lot on the side, but please leave the visitor spots open. • Enter through the front or back door and take the elevator up to the 4th floor, come in through the double doors Please check in at the front desk and let them know you are here for onboarding.
  • What kind of food options are available in the office?
    There are several vending machines in our breakroom, offering snacks and drinks. Beyond that, there is a refrigerator, microwaves, paper plates and plasticware provided if youʼd prefer to bring your own meals! Lunch is provided Tuesday & Wednesday of Immersion.
  • Is there coffee available?
    Absolutely! There is plenty of coffee available at our headquarters! Our breakroom is even equipped with a Franke espresso machine so youʼre able to make your favorite Scooterʼs Coffee specialty drinks.
  • When is payday?
    Employees are paid every other Friday, for the two work weeks prior.
  • What do I need to bring on Day 1?
    On your first day of employment, please come ready to learn! You will also need to bring identification, so we are able to complete your I-9. Please reference this website to ensure you bring with you the proper form(s) of identification.
  • When do my benefits kick in?
    You are able to sign up for employee benefits as early as day 1! Your benefits will kick in on the first day of the month following your start date!
