At Scooter’s Coffee, our mission is to create an amazing experience for each life we touch. Our mission compels us to make a positive impact on each person who comes into contact with our brand – whether they are an employee like yourself or a customer grabbing their favorite drink from one of our locations. Each day brings countless opportunities for each of us to touch a life through an amazing coffee experience, a kind or encouraging word, or a genuine act of service. It’s amazing how far a smile can go. As you begin your journey at Scooter’s Coffee, we will be guiding you to be successful in your new role with our Mission Statement close to heart.

Fueling our Mission are four values so important to us, so timeless and uncompromising, we've made them our company Core Values: Integrity, Love, Humility, and Courage. Think of the phrase “I Love Hot Coffee,” or the letters ILHC, and you can easily keep our values top of mind.

As our company has grown quickly, yet strategically, success has never come at the expense of our Core Values. We remain steadfast in our commitment to doing things honestly and transparently with Integrity. We allow Love to lead our decisions and influence our relationships. We strive to walk in Humility in the midst of success. We dig deep for Courage to help us grow as individuals, as teams, and as a company.

Ultimately, we dream big while staying true to our mission and Core Values. When we’re faced with a lofty goal or a unique challenge, we approach it with a mindset of “In Which Ways Can We” to help us find a path forward. It’s that level of perseverance that drives our success and leads us to be amazing at what we do.

Each member of our Scooter’s Coffee team – whether in the coffee shop, the distribution center, the field, or the office – plays a vital role in achieving that goal.
